Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
