What it takes to qualify:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
• 5-8 years of experience in architectural design and project leadership
• Hospitality projext experience is a MUST
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required
• Experience with sustainable design practices and green building standards is a plus
• Previous experience leading architectural teams is highly desirable.
• Enthusiastic commitment to the team environment
• Proactive written and verbal communication skills
