COMMERCIAL PAINT ESTIMATOR

Our Client is a leading Commercial Paint Contractor in the area seeking a successful Estimator to join their growing team!

ESTIMATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects
• Actively track and follow up on all Bids, review with Ops team
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing Clients
• Attend job site walks to review existing conditions
• Create budgets and schedules

ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years experience Estimating Commercial Paint Projects
• Excellent time management skills
• Extensive experience in cost controls
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Ideally possess a valid contact list of Commercial General Contractors to generate new business from

ESTIMATOR COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

• Industry-leading compensation and bonus/commission plans ($75K-$120K+ base, base comp is negotiable depending on experience and skillset)
