Summary

The Project Administrator will be involved in new real estate developments throughout Southern California. The Project Administrator position will primarily provide administrative and project management support to BRIDGE's Real Estate Development team in Southern California.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with a wide variety of development-related duties
  • Assist with financial, legal, insurance, due diligence, and construction-related activities associated with the real estate development process, including real estate transactions, loan closings, funding applications, draw preparation and review process, entitlements, construction document coordination, and other activities
  • Assist with preparation of feasibility analyses and real estate information research
  • Assist in completing applications in response to Requests for Proposals/Qualifications
  • Assist in contract preparation, invoice processing, and change order requests
  • Facilitate communication and workflow between team members
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, etc.
  • Maintain efficient and organized filing systems
  • Perform other duties as may be required to and appropriate to further BRIDGE's mission

Requirements

  • Ability to work with time sensitive material and meet multiple deadlines
  • Effective prioritization and organizational skills
  • Independent thinker who takes initiative
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Valid CA driver's license
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Southern California using a variety of transportation modes
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in affordable housing, community development, urban planning, finance, and/or real estate development
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing financing programs
  • Previous experience preparing graphic materials

Physical Requirements

  • Sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
