Overview

Assembly is looking for an Associate Project Manager. The Associate Project Manager, Client Experience

will be responsible for supporting the project management and planning teams on assigned

account(s).

Responsibilities

  • Capture and track all client needs, requests and communications coming from status calls, ad hoc calls, email, and Teams requests
  • Track project deliverables, ensuring all team members (internal and external) understand and adhere to roles, expectations, deliverables and timelines, both internal and external
  • Request and confirm campaign assets and needs between agency, vendors, and client
  • Facilitate internal and external (client) communication related to campaigns and ad hoc/ongoing deliverables through weekly client calls
  • Prompt communication between Finance and Activation for billing and reconciliation
  • Track project tasks and work closely with internal teams to manage processes efficiently
  • Manage communication and delegation between off-shore and in-office team members
  • Engaging the appropriate stake holders prior to making any major changes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid research and analytical skills, good mathematical aptitude, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with variety of media tools and software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and develop reports to support business operations
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, work well under pressure with multiple assignments; meet tight deadlines and multi-task
  • Flexible and willing to learn new skills

Compensation (Text Only)

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $50,000 - $60,000USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
