Construction Project Director

Job Description

The Project Director manages and coordinates integrated EPC (ONEsolution) projects through all phases of design, permitting, and construction. This role requires operating with significant independence and minimal supervision as the principal project representative. The Project Director will engage with corporate management both internally and externally and must effectively manage client relationships to create a positive experience leading to future work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate integrated EPC (ONEsolution) projects through all phases of design, permitting, and construction.
• Collaborate with business unit client representatives and all relevant business units, including quality, engineering, procurement, estimating, and safety and scheduling.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships to ensure a positive experience that will foster future opportunities.

• Proven experience in project management and construction management.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical projects, preconstruction, and engineering.
• Expertise in design, permitting, procurement, estimating, and scheduling.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of fifteen years of experience in the Engineering & Construction Industry.

• Cannot come from an owner's representative, design engineering, or business development experience.

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $200.00/hr.
