Shift: Monday - Friday, 1st shift 7am - 3 pm (overtime required as needed)

We are looking for a Loader Operator for our Mattoon, IL facility!

• Responsible for performing tasks involved in staging, loading, and handling of product and inventory control.
• Responsible for tasks involving material loading, including verification.
• Maintains internal record-keeping systems required.
• Assist in inventory counts.
• Ensure compliance with all H&S regulations.
• Identifies and reports any non-conforming product to a Supervisor/Manager.
• Contribute to an ongoing culture of cleanliness and order within the work area.
• Willing to work overtime as required.

Additional Compliance Responsibilities:

• Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance.
• Group Compliance Manual:
  • 4 All personnel

Education/Experience:

• High School graduate or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience working in logistics with forklifts/side-loaders .
• Experience moving materials up to 55ft in length.
• Heavy equipment operator a plus.

Other Skills and Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Read load sheets, locate, and load materials.
• Must be extremely proactive, organized, and deadline oriented.
• Must be able to multi-task effectively.
• A team player, who should also be self-motivated and able to work independently.
