Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Operations Coordinator to support our in-house design team. This part-time contractor role is ideal for someone who thrives on building systems, loves organizing, and understands the unique needs of both digital and print design environments. You'll work closely with our creative team to streamline workflows, manage resources, and ensure operational excellence across all design initiatives.The role is remote and you will be working on EST hours. This role is estimated to be around 20 hours/week.Key Responsibilities1. Workflow OptimizationBuild and refine systems that improve design team efficiency and output quality.Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.Collaborate with the PMO to align design workflows with broader organizational goals.2. Project & Resource ManagementManage timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple design projects.Track progress and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.Act as a liaison between design and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.3. Design System ManagementMaintain and evolve our design systems in Figma and other tools.Ensure consistency across all design assets and outputs.Support the team in adopting and adhering to design standards.4. Tool & File ManagementOwn and manage ClickUp for the design team creating templates, dashboards, and automations.Organize and maintain file structures, naming conventions, and version control systems.Ensure all assets are easily accessible and properly archived.5. Documentation & Knowledge SharingCreate and maintain documentation for processes, tools, and best practices.Facilitate onboarding for new team members and promote continuous learning.6.
