Track Assembler & Painter** **Pay:** Starting at **$17.00/hour** (may go up $0.50-$1.00 for competitive candidates) **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, **7:30 AM - 4:00 PM** (30-minute lunch) **Position Summary:** We're looking for a hands-on individual to assemble and paint undercarriage track groups for dozers and excavators. This role combines mechanical assembly and industrial painting in a warehouse environment. Must be forklift-certified and have warehouse experience. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assemble track groups: install track shoes, torque bolts, inspect parts + Paint parts using dip tanks and spray guns + Prep surfaces, pressure wash, and apply coatings + Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, small cranes, and hand tools + Perform visual inspections and basic documentation + Maintain clean, safe work areas **Requirements:** + **3+ years warehouse experience** (required) + Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) + Mechanically inclined and comfortable with tools + Able to lift 50-80 lbs and work on feet throughout the day + High school diploma or GED preferred + Must pass pre-employment screening + Safety-first mindset and reliable work ethic **Pay Details:** $17.00 per week Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
