Foreman Waterproofer

Experienced Waterproofer Job Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable Waterproofer to join our team in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of waterproofing applications on commercial construction sites. You'll work with materials such as joint sealants, fluid-applied membranes, sheet systems, and more to ensure structures are protected from water intrusion. Key Responsibilities Apply various waterproofing systems including: Joint sealants Fluid-applied and sheet waterproofing Hot-applied and bentonite systems Crystalline waterproofing and dampproofing Air/vapor barriers and traffic coatings Use hand tools, caulking guns, and other equipment to complete installations. Read and interpret blueprints and work plans. Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship on every job site. Collaborate with team members and report progress to supervisors. Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of hands-on experience in waterproofing or caulking. Familiarity with construction tools and materials. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Experience in related trades such as painting, flooring, or carpentry is a plus. Job Type & Location Contract to Hire Based in Steamboat Springs, Colorado Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
