Plumber/Steamfitter Facilities

Full-Time/Regular Perform all allowable tasks per the MassachusettsJourneyman Pipe Fitters License, as a member of the FacilitiesManagement & Planning Plumbing shop. Perform maintenance and servicework on pumps, air handlers, steam condensate systems, boilers, traps,and cooling towers. Install new and modify existing HVAC systems.Respond to emergency situations to protect life and property. RequiredSkills ? Must have a valid Massachusetts Journeyman plumber license with5 years of experience in commercial or industrial facilitiesmaintenance. ? Experience working with Pro Press and Mega Press. ?Ability to work from ladders and lift heavy items up to 50 lbs. ? Musthave own set of hand tools. ? Ability to speak, read, understand andwrite fluently in the English language. ? Must have and maintain validMassachusetts drivers license and daily use of an automobile. ?Knowledge of basic safety procedures. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: ? MasterPlumbers License. ?
