Forklift Operator

Warehouse Associate Job Description Candidates will be responsible for safely packing and moving containers holding intermediate products between buildings and warehouses. This role involves ensuring that all container connections are securely covered to protect against environmental exposure, followed by thorough sanitization upon delivery. Candidates will play a key role in maintaining product integrity and adhering to safety and hygiene standards throughout the transfer process. Responsibilities Safely load, secure, and transport containers from one warehouse to another using designated equipment. Follow established routes and safety protocols during transit. Inspect each container to confirm that all connection points are properly covered and sealed before departure. Report issues if any connection is not adequately protected. Upon delivery, conduct a thorough inspection of containers for any signs of contamination or damage. Implement sanitization procedures as per company guidelines to ensure the container is clean and ready for subsequent use. Clean containers and bins after the intermediate product is used for further manufacturing. Maintain detailed logs of container transfers, inspections, and sanitization activities. Report any discrepancies, damage, or safety concerns to the supervisory team. Work Environment Work 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, with options of 6am - 4pm Monday - Thursday or 10am - 8pm Tuesday - Friday. Join a small team of 6 working inside three small warehouses, with occasional outdoor duties during transfers. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norcross, Georgia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
