Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Operations Manager to lead and optimize our commercial processes, improve operational efficiency, and support revenue growth. This role serves as a critical link between sales, marketing, finance, and customer service, ensuring smooth execution of commercial strategies and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in forecasting, pipeline management, pricing strategy, contract support, and performance reporting to ensure our commercial teams are empowered to achieve their goals.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience 60,000- 75,000 per year

Job Duties:

Assist in building commercial roofing division

Manage commercial project managers, crews, and subcontractors

Create subcontractor list

*Keeping insurance up to date

*Invoicing/ accounts payable

Hier/fire as needed

Build and maintain commercial accounts

Manage and control jobs, divisions, and budgets

Manage and pay accounts

Invoicing/ accounts receivable

Build and maintain maintenance plans

Requirements:

Have experience obtaining and maintaining commercial accounts (construction/ roofing)

Have good computer skills

Be professional and punctual

Have good organizational skills

Good oral and written communication
