Landscape CAD Design Associate
Location: Pendleton, SC
Pay: $65-75K
Schedule: M-F; Onsite
Our client is a residential landscape design firm dedicated to creating beautiful outdoor spaces tailored to each client's vision and needs. They are looking for you, an experienced Landscape Design Associate to support their Lead Landscape Architect for their growing team.
What you get to do:
Assist with developing construction drawings and cut sheets
Transfer hand sketches into CAD drawings
Assist in creating and assembling design presentation packages for clients
Assist the Lead Architect with administrative duties such as client documentation and CRM activities
Participate in client relationships including consultations, site visits, and frequent communication throughout the project
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture preferred
2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
