Concrete Finisher Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Concrete Finisher to join our team. This full-time position offers internal opportunities for year-round employment in our snow removal division. **Responsibilities** + Forming structures such as sidewalks, entries, and steps. + Pouring and finishing concrete. + Handling all aspects of labor associated with concrete finishing. + Using hand tools, rebar, and power tools effectively. + Performing other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience in commercial and/or residential concrete finishing with at least 3 years required and 5 years preferred. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Preferred experience with CDL A and heavy equipment. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, dental and health insurance, health savings account, paid holidays, life insurance, paid time off, a referral program, and vision insurance. The day starts at the shop at 5:30 AM, with the crew heading to the site by 6:30 AM. Work continues until 3:30/4:30 PM. In the winter, the position includes snow removal duties. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
