Field site visits frequently require aphysical walk-through of site.Coordinate with all other team members on project assignments.May supervise, monitor, train and direct work of interns and lessexperienced team members.May take a leadership role within the project team.May take a leadership role in team meetings.May participate in marketing proposals.May perform other duties as required.HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEEDBachelor degree in a relevant field required.Minimum 6 years of related professional experience required.Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.Must be a critical thinker.Must be highly analyticalMust be a fully qualified professional.Must possess technical capabilities.Able to perform work with some degree of latitude and with some ambiguity inwork.Strong creative design portfolio is essential as are strong communication,teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills and the abilityto handle multiple projects.Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and AdobeCreative Suite required.The salary range for this position to be filled in our Denver, CO office is$71,600 to $89,500 annually. This is the anticipated range of basecompensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary from postingbased on final candidate's geographic location, work experience,education and/or skill level. Employees may be eligible for discretionarybonuses.
