If you think your skills, experience and aspirations make you a good matchfor this position, we encourage you to apply.ABOUT THE ROLEThis position will be a member of our multi-disciplinary team, collaboratingwith design and technical leadership and will be an integral part of projectteams working under the direct supervision of project leadership.HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DOIndependently contribute design, production, coordination, andarchitectural detailing as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Assist in coordination of engineering systems with engineers and consultants.Maintain communications with the Owner and Consultants on project status,design intent, concerns and questions.Prepare design sketches of moderate to complex site plans.Communicate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of projectdocuments.Evaluate design for code compliance and assist in plan check review andapprovals.May independently process "Requests for Information."Perform field site inspections. Field site visits frequently require aphysical walk-through of site.Coordinate with all other team members on project assignments.May supervise, monitor, train and direct work of interns and lessexperienced team members.May take a leadership role within the project team.May take a leadership role in team meetings.May participate in marketing proposals.May perform other duties as required.HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEEDBachelor degree in a relevant field required.Minimum 6 years of related professional experience required.Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.Must be a critical thinker.Must be highly analyticalMust be a fully qualified professional.Must possess technical capabilities.Able to perform work with some degree of latitude and with some ambiguity inwork.Strong creative design portfolio is essential as are strong communication,teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills and the abilityto handle multiple projects.Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and AdobeCreative Suite required.The salary range for this position to be filled in our Denver, CO office is$71,600 to $89,500 annually. This is the anticipated range of basecompensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary from postingbased on final candidate's geographic location, work experience,education and/or skill level. Employees may be eligible for discretionarybonuses.
