JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genuine Builders Inc. located at 301 S.Hwy 81,Arlington, SD 57212, ... is seeking 20 temporary full-timeConstruction Laborers to work at 165 Mill St S, West Salem, WI 54669,and Multiple Cities and Towns in La Crosse County from 07/15/2025 to12/15/2025 to perform lesser tasks involving manual labor at concreteconstruction site. Prepare the site for placing of concrete by loadingand unloading materials, digging and leveling the earth, placingstrengthening materials in concrete, and lifting, carrying and settingconcrete forms. Place concrete. Clean up waste materials. 3 months ofconcrete construction experience required. Some weekends work. Must beable to handle temperature extremes. Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs. for 50 yards. Will travel to worksites within area of intendedemployment. No prior education is required. On the job, training will beprovided. \$25.27/hr. Approx. 40 hours/week, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Applicants may be offered higher than the advertised. The wage rate mayvary on experience and/or merit. \$37.91/hr for overtime. Up to 10 hoursof overtime may be available but not guaranteed. All deductions from theworker\'s paycheck will be made as required by law. The employer willuse a single workweek as its standard for computing wages and paybiweekly by check. Any advances will be deducted with the consent of theemployee. The employer will provide housing as an option to employeesliving outside the regular commuting distance. Employees who elect tolive in the housing will have an additional \$116 (\$58/week) deductedper biweekly paycheck for rent and utilities. Optional dailytransportation will be provided from and to worksite. In the firstworkweek, the cost of transportation (including meals and to the extentnecessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be directlyreimbursed to every worker. If the worker completes 50 percent of thework contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker fortransportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to theplace of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workeris dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker\'sreasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home orto the place the worker originally departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with anotheremployer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker\'svoluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportationpayment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical andreasonable common carrier for the distances involved. In the firstworkweek, daily subsistence for travel to the place of employment willbe reimbursed at a rate of at least \$16.28/day to a maximum of\$68.00/day with receipts. Also, workers will be reimbursed in the firstworkweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and otherrelated fees, including those mandated by the government (exceptpassport fees).
