Exercise discretion and independent judgment to make technical and financial decisions related to all phases of construction projects including Contract Procurement, financial management, preparing technical proposals, negotiating contracts, invoicing clients, progress final pay estimates to the contractor, and processing construction contract changes and modifications. Review and analyze project controls such as critical path method schedules, changed conditions, change orders, delays, and claims to the contract. Provides independent judgment of the accuracy, fairness, and effect of these matters. Perform quality assurance inspection and construction management.Requirements:Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related and three (3) years of experience as an Assistant Construction Manager, Engineering Consultant, or related. Employer will accept bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years experience in lieu of a masters degree and three (3) years. Experience must include: Leading industrial project for EPC services during project lifecycle and optimizing processes through budget creation, cost estimation, variance analysis, and forecasting, using industry-standard tools including Primavera P6 and MS project; Preparing mitigation strategies, flash reports, fortnightly project status reports, risk matrix, Root cause analysis, and monthly project update through PMS and BIM tools; Implementing lean construction, ACS formwork, Ground freezing, transfer girder, and belt wall installation (900MT at 200 AGL) to optimize time and save costs; and Facilitating complex design coordination, utility relocations, and resolving claims efficiently, minimizing potential delays and disruptions.Email resume to ..., Ref: 8516.
