JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Eppstein Uhen Architects, Inc. (EUA) isseeking a Project Architect to become part of our AdvancedManufacturing + Industrial studio, which may also include projects inthe Aerospace & Technology markets. Candidates should be a LicensedArchitect (or equivalent experience) with experience in workplace orinterior architecture related projects. The Project Architect isresponsible for most phases in the technical development of a project.They will work under the direction of a Project Manager and they willindependently evaluate, select, and apply architectural techniques,procedures, and criteria; use judgment in assignments that have clearand specified objectives with a limited number of variables; will writereports and specification sections; review submittals and observearchitectural features in the field; assists in the coordination ofconsultants. Licensed Architect or equivalent experience Workshand-in-hand with the project team and assists in delegation of tasksAssists project manager with identified tasks and functions Leads theteam in architectural techniques and procedures Highly knowledgeable inthe techniques and applications of BIM Involved in a variety of projectresponsibilities, including documentation and detailing Self-directsproject work and tasks, proactive engagement Helps assemble energy andsustainability strategies Assists with specification preparation and/orwrites specifications Performs and reviews QA/QC processes Reviewssubmittals, RFIs, pay apps, etc. and is responsible for on-siteconstruction observation Supports the consultants and coordinates theirwork Participates in owner and contractor conversations on a regularbasis Assists and leads the mentoring of staff The Fine Print BachelorsDegree in Architecture Proficiency in Revit preferred Use of BIMsoftware and Visualization methods is essential 2+ years ofarchitectural experience Annual base compensation for this role is\$65,000 - \$95,000 based on skills and experience Equal OpportunityEmployer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employeris required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federalemployment laws.
