This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who is just as comfortable managing crews as they are putting on a tool belt and getting the job done. The pay range is **$35 - $45** per hour, based on experience. All superintendents are scheduled for 40+ hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
