Spread, level and smooth theconcrete using rakes, shovels or hand tools. Tear down concrete forms.Clean up construction site. 3 months of concrete finisher experiencerequired. Some weekends work. Must be able to handle temperatureextremes. Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs. for 50 yards. Willtravel to worksites within area of intended employment. No prioreducation is required. On the job, training will be provided.\$28.10/hr. Approx. 40 hours/week, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Applicantsmay be offered higher than the advertised. The wage rate may vary onexperience and/or merit. \$42.15/hr for overtime. Up to 10 hours ofovertime may be available but not guaranteed. All deductions from theworker\'s paycheck will be made as required by law. The employer willuse a single workweek as its standard for computing wages and paybiweekly by check. Any advances will be deducted with the consent of theemployee. The employer will provide housing as an option to employeesliving outside the regular commuting distance. Employees who elect tolive in the housing will have an additional \$116 (\$58/week) deductedper biweekly paycheck for rent and utilities. Optional dailytransportation will be provided from and to worksite. In the firstworkweek, the cost of transportation (including meals and to the extentnecessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be directlyreimbursed to every worker. If the worker completes 50 percent of thework contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker fortransportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to theplace of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workeris dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker\'sreasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home orto the place the worker originally departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with anotheremployer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker\'svoluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportationpayment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical andreasonable common carrier for the distances involved. In the firstworkweek, daily subsistence for travel to the place of employment willbe reimbursed at a rate of at least \$16.28/day to a maximum of\$68.00/day with receipts. Also, workers will be reimbursed in the firstworkweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and otherrelated fees, including those mandated by the government (exceptpassport fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge alltools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
