Welder Fabricator

### We are currently looking for an experienced and dependable trades professional to join our Team. If you have a solid background in millwright work, welding, pipefitting, metal fabricationand you can read and interpret blueprintswe want to hear from you.### ### Position Overview:In this role, you'll support operations by maintaining and installing industrial equipment, fabricating and repairing metal structures, and preform duct fabrication and installation. You'll work alongside skilled technicians in a fast-paced, safety-driven manufacturing environment where your craftsmanship makes a direct impact.Key Responsibilities- Fabricateplatforms, guards and heavy structural materials as needed- Perform various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick Welding), ensuring proper joint preparation, and maintain weld quality and integrity- Read and interpret blueprints, selecting the appropriate welding processes and materials- Rigging - Use basic rigging knowledge to set up hoisting for removal and installation of heavy machinery and components.- Process Piping (All Types) - Stainless steel, alum, and carbon- Duct fabrication and Installation- Concrete - Machinery foundation, pits, and floors- Operate safely with hand tools, power tools, fabrication machinery, and shop equipment- Perform field measurements and installations as needed- Lay out mounting holes, using measuring instruments, and drill holes with power drill.- Align machines and equipment, using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs- Please note the duties and responsibilities are not an exhaustive list and could change with or without notice.
