Senior ProjectManager Responsibilities: Coordinates with crews, contractors, vendors,suppliers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure projects staying ontrack and being efficient Plan, interpret and implement design andapplication of construction methods Track daily project progress,operational management activities, submittal preparation and review.Ability to track costs to meet the projects budget Actively seek to findnew business opportunities for Brennan Services Ability to travel tojobsites up to 40% of the time based on project type and requirementOther job-related duties necessary to carry out the responsibilities ofthis position Senior Project Manager Qualifications: Required B.S. incivil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management orrelated field Minimum 10 years of working experience with theconstruction field, heavy civil, railroads, bridges, or marineconstruction Strong construction background (Marine constructionpreferred) Knowledge of earth anchor, soil retention walls, piledriving, auger cast piles, micro piles, wells, and helical pierspreferred Demonstrated leadership ability, problem solving skills andorganizational skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal andwritten Knowledge of project management control systems (scheduling,cost control, procurement, value engineering and estimating)Compensation: The salary range for Project Engineer/Project Managervaries based on experience and the level of project managementresponsibilities assigned. Candidates will be assessed during theinterview process and aligned with a level that matches their skills andqualifications.
