Position:Property/Facilities Portfolio Operations Manager,Master Scheduler Locations: Remote Primary Functions: Real Property Management Essential Functions: TheProperty/Facilities Portfolio Operations Manager, Master Scheduleris responsible for managing, tracking, and reporting on real property assets to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient portfolio management. Key responsibilities include inventory tracking, portfolio maintenance, and data analysis. 1. Real Property Management + Coordinate and participate inreal property management activities, ensuring proper documentation and reporting. + Develop and update a monthlyReal Property Management Reportto track program assets. + Maintain inventory records , updating all real property documentation in the official financial system of record. + Ensure accountability for all Government real property assets associated with Border Patrol and Air & Marine. 2. Portfolio Management + Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of facilities portfolio information in TRIRIGA (or any replacement system). + Ensure alldata is accurate, up to date, and properly reviewed for completeness. + Update portfolio data followingFacility Condition Assessments (FCA), Master Plans, and new construction projects. + Assist personnel across the organization withreporting, validating, and updating portfolio information. + Ensure allowned assetshave acurrent replacement valueandFacility Condition Index (FCI). + Tracksquare footage and space use, providing reports as needed. 3. Portfolio Analysis + Develop and manage adatabasecontaining essential facility and operational data, including: + Regional information + Border distance & activity + Facility operations & characteristics + Energy & water usage metrics + Financial tracking & maintenance needs + Utilize multiple data sources such asTRIRIGA, master plans, and government records to ensure accuracy. + Preparestandardized reportsfor distribution at intervals determined by the Government. + Trackreal property asset validationandrecord cleanup activitieswithin TRIRIGA. Required Skills & Qualifications + Expertise in real property management and portfolio tracking. + Strong data analysis and reporting skills. + Experience in facility operations and maintenance tracking . + Proficiency in TRIRIGA or other real property systems. + Ability to maintain financial accountability and documentation accuracy . + Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional reporting.
