We're looking for someone to join our Installation Department to estimate both residential and commercial projects while maintaining clear and effective communication with our customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Accurately estimate commercial fencing projects and present company products and services to both new and existing clients Proactively follow up on bids, leads, and online project invitations Provide prompt and thorough responses to customer inquiries and pricing requests Prepare detailed shop drawings and product submittals Maintain open and professional communication with clients and installation crews Construction industry experience or familiarity is strongly preferred What We're Looking For: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Dependable and reliable work ethic Excellent customer service with the ability to build strong relationships Previous construction experience is a plus Self-motivated with a desire to understand and grow within the company A true team player who brings honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm to their role Background in sales, customer service, or related fields Confident negotiator with a drive to deliver results
