Construction Supervisor (Electrician)

Electrical experience not necessary so long as candidate has supervisory or management experience*** Omni Services of South Carolina, Inc. is expanding and seeking a motivated and skilled Full-Time Residential Electrician Supervisor to lead our growing team in the Low Country market (overseeing projects in Bluffton, Beaufort, Savannah, and Richmond Hill areas). We are a busy residential electrical contractor specializing in new construction for single and multi-family housing. We're looking for a candidate with construction experience and either existing supervisory experience or a strong willingness to learn management skills . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting daily with customers, builders, and team members regarding scheduling, quality control, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of residential electrical installations within the designated Low Country market. Manage and coordinate multiple project schedules and crews. Serve as the primary point of contact for builders regarding project timelines and progress. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Implement and enforce rigorous quality control standards on all installations. Generate and manage quality control punch lists. Foster a positive and productive work environment for field teams. Potentially mentor and train team members. Qualifications: Construction experience is required. Supervisory experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn management will be considered. Must be willing and able to interface professionally with customers, builders, and team members. Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple schedules and crews effectively. Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Clean driving record. Ability to pass background and drug program screening.
