Machine Operator Lead Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced manufacturing lead with expertise in sheet metal manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machines and leading a team of four operators. This role offers the potential for growth into a more advanced position for the right individual. Responsibilities Operate and oversee various sheet metal manufacturing machines. Lead and manage a team of four operators effectively. Ensure quality control by conducting quality checks using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. Operate laser and press brake machines efficiently. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation, particularly in sheet metal manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Proficiency in quality checks using measuring tools like micrometers and calipers. Experience with laser operation and press brake machines. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, Texas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.60/hr.
