Superintendent - Omaha, NE $110K-$135K + Bonus | Employee-Owned GC | Ground-Up Commercial Work I'm working with a well-established, employee-owned GC that's been building across the Midwest for 65+ years. They've got a solid pipeline of industrial, commercial, and multi-family projects-and they're looking for a strong Superintendent to run the show on site. The Role: Lead day-to-day site ops Manage subs, safety, and schedules Own quality from start to finish Be the key link between the field, office, and client What They're After: 10+ years in commercial construction Experience on $10M-$35M projects OSHA 10 (30 preferred) Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project skills Multi-family experience is a plus The Offer: Competitive salary + bonus Full benefits + 401(k) match PTO, paid holidays Flexibility and a solid culture Based in Omaha-relocation support available if you're moving in.
