Working with a Structural Steel manufacturing and assembly company in the Daytona area that is seeking qualified MIG/Flux-core Welders for 1st shift!!! Job Overview: As a Welder/Fabricator, you will play a key role in performing high-quality MIG welding on structural steel components while ensuring strict adherence to safety and craftsmanship standards. You'll also work from blueprints to assemble and fabricate components in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding on structural steel, ensuring high-quality and precise welds Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and shop drawings to meet project specifications Handle and lift materials up to 45 pounds regularly Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on the shop floor Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to an efficient, team-driven environment Qualifications: Proven experience with MIG welding, specifically on steel Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to work efficiently in a non-climate-controlled environment Dependable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:00AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday, OT on Saturdays. ***Must be open to working 50+ hours weekly. Pay: $23-26 hr. based on weld test and experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
