Company Description Far West Contractors Corp is a project management general contractor specilaizing in commercial, industrial and aerospace projects. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Project Superintendent at FAR WEST CONTRACTORS CORP. The role is located in Orange Co and through out Southern California. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for supervising commercial and industrial construction projects, ensuring quality control, maintaining construction safety standards, risk mitigation and managing project budgets. Qualifications 5 years experience required Supervisory Skills able to get along and motivate MEP subcontractors Commercial Construction and Quality Control Construction Safety Budgeting Experience in managing construction projects Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively Ability to develop, document and desiminate daily activities to the client and project management Knowledge of building codes and regulations OSHA 10 or 30 or can be provided US Citizen is a must Some out of state or off hours support may occur OSHPD expereince is a plus
