Gem State Staffing in Boise is currently recruiting and accepting applications for experienced framers to work locally in the Boise area.

Job Description :

This position is short-term with the possibility of temp-to-hire for the right candidates. Candidates will be framing and building walls in a manufacturing type setting. Schedule is a Monday thru Friday from 6am 3pm. Compensation for this position will be $19.00/hr.

Requirements:

Qualified applicants will need to possess the following skills and background requirements:

• Proven skilled construction background
• Proficiency with general construction tools pertaining to the job description like tape measures and saws.
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
• Adhere to company attendance standards
• Comply with company safety policies and regulations
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and potentially holidays
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
