Position Overview

Were hiring an intermediate architect or architectural intern with 5+ years of experience to help lead our presence in New England and New York. Youll be based out of our new MASS MoCA office, with flexibility to work remotely. This is a significant opportunity to contribute to the development of a new regional presence for the firm. This role involves managing residential and small public projects across the region. Were looking for someone with strong design sensibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a professional, self-directed way.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with senior design staff
• Lead project development from early design through construction
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Coordinate drawing packages and review shop drawings
• Participate in project meetings and site visits as needed
• Produce high-quality design and technical documents using Revit and SketchUp
• Manage project timelines and deliverables

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Strong skills in 3d design drawing (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino)
• Strong design and detailing ability
• Confident communicator, able to build and maintain relationships
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Familiarity with residential and small public building types

Compensation
