Demolition Laborer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Demolition Laborers for projects located in Missouri City, TX . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $18-22/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Secure and clearly mark all work zones
• Protect surfaces landscaping or fixtures that are to remain
• Coordinate with the project manager to verify all utilities electrical gas water are shut off or properly capped
• Remove drywall, plaster, paneling, flooring, baseboards, cabinetry and other specified materials
• Debris removal cleanup
• Maintain a clean and hazard free site
• Final sweep and cleanup at the end of each workday
