Position: Welder
Location: Sandy, OR
Pay: $22 $26+ per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Swing Shift | Monday Friday | 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (30-minute paid lunch)

What Youll Do:
As a Welder, youll play a key role in fabricating parts and assemblies to specification. Youll operate a variety of machines in the shop, including welders, drill presses, and more, ensuring all work meets quality standards and project timelines.
Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform MIG Welding (primarily 0.35 hardwire)
  
• 
  Weld assemblies and sub-assemblies
  
• 
  Fabricate products to design specifications
  
• 
  Maintain a clean and safe work area
  
• 
  Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  
• 
  Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards

What You Need to Have: The Musts:

• 
  Experience with MIG welding
  
• 
  Ability to read and interpret blueprints or weld symbols
  
• 
  Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  
• 
  Reliable and punctual work ethic
  
• 
  Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  

Preferred:

• 
  Experience in a fabrication environment
  
• 
  Familiarity with additional shop equipment
  
• 
  Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control measures
