GPAC is proud to partner with a well-established and respected commercial drywall contractor in Burlington, NJ, currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.
Position Overview: This is a full-time, permanent role for a seasoned professional who thrives in the fast-paced world of commercial drywall projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills, with a proven ability to manage projects from start to finish — ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all phases of commercial drywall projects, from bid to closeout
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Conduct accurate takeoffs and estimates using On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid software
Manage project budgets, schedules, and change orders
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial drywall project management
Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
