Drywall Project Manager

Project Manager – Commercial Drywall Location: Burlington, NJ Salary: $100,000–$120,000 + Full Benefits + Growth Opportunities

GPAC is proud to partner with a well-established and respected commercial drywall contractor in Burlington, NJ, currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

Position Overview: This is a full-time, permanent role for a seasoned professional who thrives in the fast-paced world of commercial drywall projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills, with a proven ability to manage projects from start to finish — ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of commercial drywall projects, from bid to closeout

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

• Conduct accurate takeoffs and estimates using On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid software

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and change orders

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

• Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial drywall project management

• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
