Construction Manager / Superintendent 13-Unit Development | $50$75/hr DOE | Part-Time

Lift Investment, a small but growing development firm focused on multifamily renovation and new construction, is looking for a Construction Manager or Site Superintendent to oversee an active 13-unit partial new construction project.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing 5+ completed multifamily projects (15+ units preferred).

Construction knowledge across all major trades.

Strong Contractor communication and coordination, and job site supervision.

Capable of catching issues early and keeping the project moving on time and within budget.

Job Details:

Project Type: 13-unit apartment building (partial new construction)

Location: Mt Airy, Philadelphia

Hours: Flexible, based on project needs and active site work.

Pay: $50$75/hour, depending on experience
