Salary Range: $67,000.00 - $100,000.00

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate project requirements, specifications, and plans to provide precise cost estimates.
• Calculate material, labor, equipment costs, and subcontractor expenses.
• Prepare and submit detailed, accurate, and competitive bid proposals.
• Conduct thorough risk analysis and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Communicate proactively with clients, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
• Source and negotiate favorable terms with vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of estimates, bids, contracts, and related project details.
• Produce and manage comprehensive submittal packages for projects awarded, ensuring they meet all client and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of estimating experience (fencing or construction estimating preferred) mandatory.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, CAD, or similar takeoff software is mandatory.
• Skilled in preparing complete submittal packages during the estimating phase.
• Experienced in preparing detailed material lists for quotation purposes.
• Strong capability to read, understand, and interpret project plans and technical specifications.
• Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
• Valid Driver’s License with REAL ID (or able to obtain within 30 days of hire), necessary for site visits and client meetings requiring secure facility access.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Bluebeam software or similar
• Knowledge of project controls and request for information processes
• Understanding of structural design and design-build concepts
