Apply standard engineering practices and techniques to assigned projects for constructing liquid natural gas (LNG) facilities (docks, moorings, and other port structures) and LNG transport vessels; Perform planning, design, and production of engineering drawings, including supervision of production of drawings, prepare and assemble specifications for ports, coastal structures, and deep or shallow water oil and gas platforms; Participate in engineering investigations and feasibility studies of engineering designs for civil engineering structures of multi-billion-dollar projects (SPAR, semi-submersibles, oil & gas structures, coastal structures, and marine carriers)

Must have 5 years experience in use of AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in marine construction engineering context.
5 years of experience in structural design and analysis for coastal and marine structures, including the use of concrete, steel, and timber structures.
5 years experience with mooring analysis using Opti moor, Orca flex, or comparable commercial software, as well as with calculations for ship mooring and berthing forces, including wave force modelling for moored ships. Domestic and international travel required 10% of the time.
Professional Certifications:
P. E. License is required.
