House Doctors (formerly Andy OnCall) is looking for skilled craftsmen (1099 contractors only, full-time preferred) to serve the North Fulton / South Forsyth areas!
** NO TEAMS / CREWS - Individual craftsmen only **
- We're looking for talented, quality-minded carpenters (1099 contractors only, full-time preferred) who can do 2-story, or higher, ladder work only as wood rot jobs for soffit, fascia, and windows are currently the most popular requests, along with deck repair and staining (main and 2nd level). Other experience is a bonus as well, such as sheetrock repair, tiling, plumbing, & electrical as well. The more you can do increases your ability to earn more money.
- Our craftsmen quote their on jobs they are sent out on so quoting experience is a requirement. Being able to accurately and easily determine the amount of labor needed to complete the work requested earns more money for you! .
- You MUST have a truck/van (with a valid driver's license), your own tools (including ladders), as well as a cell phone with email and texting capabilities, along with at least 2 work-related references.
We focus on small to medium jobs including, but not limited to: Specific skills in carpentry - deck work, wood rot repair for siding, fascia, soffit, windows, door installation / repair, weather stripping, etc., as well as plumbing, electrical, tile, sheetrock repair, and painting are beneficial. The more skills you have in these areas, the more jobs you will get!
