Part-time Maintenance Tech / Handyman

Well established private company that has been in business for over 40 years is in search of a highly qualified, dependable maintenance tech 20-30 hours per week for our residential communities, commercial properties, and an entertainment venue in the Tampa Bay Area. Job locations are primarily in Pinellas County. 15+ years of verifiable experience in all aspects of general maintenance including light plumbing and electrical, drywall repairs, painting, caulking, minor appliance repair, laying plank flooring, exterior maintenance and ceramic tile is required. Flat roof repair experience a plus. Must have your own vehicle capable of carrying ladders, materials and your own basic tools. Must be a problem solver, able to provide long-term solutions for general repairs. Must be quality conscious and customer service focused. $30 per hour, 1099.
