Let's imagine what's possible—and design a better future, together. The Opportunity We are seeking a full-time Project Designer for our Lawrence studio location. In this role you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing design concepts and overseeing the design phases of architectural projects. You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, clients, and contractors to ensure that projects meets the client’s needs, stays within budget, and complies with relevant regulations and codes. You can expect to work with a project team that ensures the projects meet metrics for energy performance, financial performance and design excellence. What You'll Do
- Responsible for developing initial design concepts and creating detailed technical drawings.
- Involved in client communication, project coordination, and ensuring that design is executed according to plan.
- Solve complex design challenges while maintaining effective collaboration with other professionals.
- Regularly visit construction site to resolve any issues that arise during the building phase.
- May provide technical guidance to junior staff.
- Professional degree in architecture
- Minimum of 5 years’ related experience
- Experience working with high-design projects
- Strong rendering skills and proficiency with Revit 2025
- Ability to create new ideas both independently and in collaboration
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment and be flexible to support numerous teams in any project phase
