Job Description:

Our mission is for the Business and Corporate Development Trainee to learn by supporting the Business Development team in the production of proposals and management of agreements between Cintra and procuring agencies, advisors, and lenders.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research and preparation of studies on the main macroeconomic variables of current and potential markets

  • Coordinate with all departments in order to support creation of Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs)

  • Create studies of opportunity and risk analysis of potential projects

  • Study financial models and feasibility studies to support evaluation of current and potential Project opportunities

  • Assist in the production of presentations and report writing for clients and partners

  • Explore the world of Private Public Partnership (PPP), including analyzing the competitors landscape as well as ongoing market trends with impact to the Company

  • Support management team in the development of various complex agreements with design-build teams, partners, clients, lenders, advisors, consultants, etc.

  • Assist in the engagement with current Projects to identify best-practices to inform future Project pursuits

  • Support management team with production of proposals, content plans, quality assurance/quality control, calendars and other project related duties

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degrees preferred, bachelors in business, Finance or Engineering required

  • Valuable research and market study experience

  • Experience and deep interest in infrastructure development, P3, project financing

  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • High analytical capability

  • Superior writing and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Adobe Pro or similar graphic design platforms is a plus

  • Ethical, caring and with the ability to work in a fast pacing and collaborative environment
