Your primary duties and responsibilities will be:
This candidate will be a first shift fabricator that will also need to run manual machines
Running the following machines: simple punch press, CNC machine, radial drill presses, saw, and occasionally MIG and TIG welder
Work with and communicate needs to the Head of Fabrication and Welding
Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and productive atmosphere
Employees will start with mechanical assembly learning the processes of the company

We believe the successful candidate will have:
High School or GED Diploma
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
1 to 2 years experience in welding and fabrication preferred
Blueprint Reading
Reliable transportation
Steel-toe boots

Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Trade school education preferred
1 - 2 years of relevant experience
Previous experience in fabrication, welding and maintenance preferred but not required
Understand processes and process tooling requirements
Understand safety rules and regulations to prevent unsafe set-ups, operations or acts which could cause injury to self, others or the environment
Knowledge of lock-out, tag-out electrical safety
Ability to lay out materials to build tooling with consistency
Ability to work with hand and power tools
Ability to weld and use MIG and TIG safely (Preferred but not required)
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language
Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16”
Ability to maintain a regular and reliable attendance record
Ability to lift and move 1-50 lbs. as needed
Pass a background check and drug test

Physical Demands:
Ability to work in an environment that can become cold/ hot (temperature) depending on the weather. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for long periods of time and occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands to hold, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear. The employee must individually lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., occasionally, infrequently. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. In addition, mobility to cover expansive facility is required. Travel will not be required.
