Qualifications

3 years of experience in construction or a related industry
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project delivery methods
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficiency in construction software tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Teams, or similar
Company Roseville Glass Co, LLC (RGC) is a glass and glazing subcontractor with a backlog of $25 million
Responsibilities

This role is a critical part of our project delivery team
Manage and oversee construction/estimating/project management activities from pre-construction through project closeout
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
Ensure adherence to contract documents, budgets, schedules, and safety standards
Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, change orders, and RFIs
Contribute to a team culture focused on problem-solving, accountability, and continuous improvement
