Heavy Equipment Operator

Family-owned excavating company is looking for
EXPERIENCED Heavy Equipment Operators

Experience 3-5 yrs Minimum

JOB DESCRIPTION
We excavate and build what are called ESTATE Lots for custom homes.
All our work is in North Scottsdale (Approx. 128th St. & Jomax)
We have approximately 7yrs of work left to do there.
Unfortunately for us, our core group of guys that have been with us for 20 to 33 yrs. are getting old and are retiring, so we are now forced to go out into a much different world and look for new dirt assassins to finish our projects. The equipment you would need to run is Loaders, Backhoes, Grade Tractors, Water, Trucks, Dump Trucks, occasionally an excavator.
Every piece of equipment is air-conditioned except for the Grade Tractors.
We do not allow smoking / vaping in the enclosed cab equipment or trucks.

A forklift driver
It would be better for both of us if you lived in the North Valley.
You would be responsible for Daily fueling and greasing of your equipment.
Company truck WILL NOT be provided.
A clean AZ DL.
A CDL would be a plus.
Must pass random drug testing.
Being able to read G&D plans and shoot grade with a Laser Level is mandatory.
Pay is $23.00-$33.00 per hour based on experience
4 / 10-hour work days
