Construction Laborer

H&H Custom Buildings is seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high standards.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites
- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks

**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools used in construction
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills on the job
- High school diploma or equivalent is desirable
