MUST HAVE 1+ years experience completing work orders and have exemplary time management skills.
Types of duties and skills needed include but are not limited to:
Light Handyman/ Maintenance jobs
Carpentry
Dry wall
Plumbing tasks
Electrical tasks
Install smoke and Co2 alarms
Painting
Driving to and from jobs (personal vehicle required)
Works well with technology (phones and apps)
Ability to take and upload photos
Ability to write notes regarding work completed
