Hiring person to fill full-time mechanic for fast paced truck repair/equipment shop.
Duties on medium duty trucks, trailers and equipment to include, but not limited to, service and repairing: Engines, transmissions, axles, electrical, hydraulics, brakes, fabrication, installing flatbeds, snow plows, liftgates, etc. Communicate with service writer on services, repairs and diagnoses in written and electronic form. Move trucks and equipment as needed.
Applicant must have valid driver's license. High school diploma or GED. Automotive repair knowledge. Basic computer skills. Ability to regularly move and lift heavy objects.
Position is full-time. Monday thru Friday 7:30am-4pm. No weekends/evenings. Paid weekly. Benefits include: 100% paid employee Medical, Vacation, Holiday, Sick pay, IRA retirement. Hourly pay, to start, up to $30/hr DOE.
