As we continue strong growth here and scale up our operations in Latin America, we're looking for a pioneering engineer to lead our technical efforts and help drive widespread adoption of our solutions. Position Overview: We are hiring an in-house engineer to lead the development, deployment, and promotion of our ground screw foundation systems. This is a unique opportunity to help lead the technical direction of a growing company while working closely with sales and leadership teams to bring cutting-edge foundation solutions to market. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the company's technical authority on ground screw foundation systems. - Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client engagements, proposals, and presentations. - Lead the development of engineering standards, design tools, and installation guidelines. - Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to support project planning and sales. - Design and validate custom foundation solutions for diverse applications. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. - Build and eventually lead a high-performing engineering team as the company grows.
