Talent Corps is hiring a motivated Electrician Apprentice for a fire alarm retrofit project in Rotonda West, FL. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work alongside experienced technicians in a growing industry.

Job Highlights:

Pay: $21 per hour

Schedule: Full-time

Start: ASAP

JLA Badge Required well cover the cost if you dont already have one

Job Responsibilities:

Material Handling: Unload, organize, and transport fire alarm components, wire, and tools

Wire Pulling & Labeling: Assist in pulling low-voltage cabling through walls and conduits; label wires per scope of work

Device Installation Prep: Mount backboxes, brackets, and prep areas for alarms and notification devices

Tool Maintenance: Maintain and organize tools, ladders, and testing equipment

Wire Termination: Under supervision, terminate wires into devices and panels using proper methods and color codes

Requirements:

Must be JLA badged or willing to obtain one (cost covered by us)

Willingness to learn and follow directions

Comfortable working on active construction sites

Basic hand tools and a good work ethic are a must
